Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 C mashed banana
1 cup finely, freshly ground whole wheat flour
1 cup Cornmeal
1 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
- Mix all ingredients using electric mixer or whisker for 2 minutes.
- Spread evenly on greased baking sheet. I used loaf baking glass.
- Add a pinch of brown sugar on top of it.
- Bake 20-25 minutes until bars are light brown on top.
- Cool in pan cut into bars or rectangular shape
Serve it with honey or eat it plain with your coffee or tea :)
